Enter open worldliness. What this hack does is takes the levels and determine them based on badge count rather than a set number. This goes for trainers and wild Pokemon. The only Pokemon not affected by this are Elite Four/Champion Pokemon.
An open-world, improvement hack of Pokemon FireRed with scaling levels and the ability to travel to any of the flight spots in the game after receiving the Regional Dex.
List of Features
- Fly anywhere at the start of the game
- Wild/Trainer Pokemon scale to match your party members
- A few Pokémon have gotten a secret useful move in their level up learnsets
- Trade and friendship evolutions have been changed, mostly to level evolutions.

- Stats updated to Gen 7
- Rare candies are now $10000 dollars at the Indigo Plateau
Scaling
- Trainer levels:
- 3-8 (starting at 0 badges)
- 8-13
- 13-18
- 18-23
- 23-28
- 28-33
- 33-38
- 38-43
- 43-48
- Then gym leaders have the numbers increased by 5 so gym 1 has 8-13 and gym 8 has 43-48
- Wild Pokémon levels:
- 0 badges: 3-6
- 1: 11-15
- 2: 13-18
- 3: 15-21
- 4: 17-24
- 5: 19-27
- 6: 21-30
- 7: 23-33
- 8. 25-36
