Pokémon Francium has an original map and plot, almost 20 hours of play, updated graphics, 4 starting Pokémon to choose from, special and physical split attacks, eliminated the need to exchange Pokémon for their evolution. At the beginning of the game, the player receives a National Pokedex and running shoes. There are more Pokémon available in the wilderness than there are in the FireRed version.
