Story
The rocket team, after being beaten by Red, returns with Giovanni to show up after ten years of inactivity.
His purpose is to expand his horizons: take possession of Hoenn, so as to take the Pokémon that are foreign to Kanto and sell them there, selling them at very high prices.
You are Giovanni's favorite rookie, and you're leaving Cinnamon Island (conquered by team rocket) for Hoenn ...
And well theoretically in the normal story you should go to Hoenn to do the job, but the hack ends before you go to Cinnamon Island.
