Zapdos
Location: Thundercap Mountain
Go to Thundercap Mountain by entering the entrance in Epidimy Town or in Antisis City then make your way until you reach the peak/top of the mountain. Go on the center then say yes to call a Level 50 Zapdos.
Articuno
Location: Frozen Heights
Go back to your hometown the Frozen Heights. Make your way through the north and find the KBT Expressway up of some stairs. Near of it you will be automatically ask if you want to call Articuno. Say yes then a Level 50 Articuno will come out.
Moltres
Location: Cinder Volcano
Go to Cinder Volcano and make your way through the top. Go on the top center and say yes to call a Level 50 Moltres.
Giratina
Location: Distortion World
Requirments: Save your Mom first from Aklove in the depths of Ruins of Void or the portal will not appear.
Go back to Dehara City and go inside the Rift Cave. Once inside, go to the entrance there then move north to find a portal. Leep into it. Now, you're in Distortion World again. Go north to battle a Level 70 Giratina. After you catch it, Leap back to the portal to go back in Borrius.
Palkia
Location: Rift Cave B1F ( Underground )
The mission that will be triggered first: A Rift on a Space
Requirments: Beat the Game
Mission Reward: Lustrous Orb
Go to Dehara City then find a house near the Back of Rift Cave. Once inside the house go to the second floor then talk to a hairless guy then he will ask for your help to find her daughter who is playing in the rift cave then the mission will be activated. After that go to Rift Cave then enter completely. Once inside you will see the old man's daughter standing on the west side of the cave. Talk to her and Palkia will come out to get the girl. Go down to the ladder. Now in this room make your way throughout the room until you reach the ladder going down Don't go to the ladder leading up because it will send you to the start again. Once you've gone down to the second ladder talk to the girl and a Level 70 Dynamaxed Palkia will come out!. Defeat it first then catch it. After that bring the girl outside the cave then go to the old man's house and talk to the old man to receive your reward the Lustrous Orb.
Uxie, Azelf and Mesprit
Location: Tarmigan Town (Uxie), Victory Road (Azelf), and Shadow Base (Mesprit)
Mission that will be triggered first: Abandonment Issues and Guardian of the Lake Mission
Mission Reward: Abandonment Issue Reward > Money, Guardian of the Lake Reward > Adamant Orb
*NOTE: If the scientist is not there but you've done the Abandonment Issues Mission, try going there by nighttime.
Go to Fallshore City and enter the Mission HQ there. Once inside, go to its second floor and talk to the violet lady there. She will tell that his daughter is missing. And the Abandonment Issues will be triggered. After that find the girl first in the beach just south of the city, then at the southeast of the city then at the Northeast of the city then at the market there(not in Pokemart), then at the west of Mission HQ. After that, her mom will come out and you'll get your reward, then watch the scene.......After you've done that go inside again in Mission HQ then on the second floor. Enter the door and talk to the Scientist facing a bookshelf then say yes to activate the Guardian of the Lake Mission. Head to Cave Of Being at Route 10. Once inside talk to the Scientist then go to the center of that three holes then Uxie Mesprit and Azelf will come out but there run out after. The scientist will COMMAND you to find that three guardians. First, let's track down Uxie Fly off to Tarmigan Town then go to the entrance of the Dream Research Lab. Once you are there you will be able to sense something. Say yes then Uxie will be running out. Interact to him and catch it. Second is Azelf Fly off to Victory Road then go north of the Pokemon Center there. Go up to the stairs and Azelf will come out. Interact to it and catch it. At last, Mesprit Flies off to Frozen Heights and enter the Shadow Base. Use the elevator there to reach the B3F where Zeph and his son is. Go there and Mesprit will come out interact to it and catch it. Once you've done that put the three guardians in your team/party then go back to the cave of being. After that, the scientist will give you a Adamant Orb.
Dialga
Location: Cave of Being
Once you've completed the mission " Guardian of the Lake " Dialga will be there at Cave of Being. Interact to it to battle it at Level 70.
Hoopa
Location: Peak of Crystal Mountain
After the scene at the peak of Crystal Mountain, Hoopa will be standing there.
Buzzwole
Location: Outside Cinder Volcano
Time: Daytime
Fly off to Cinder Volcano(don't go inside) then go west then surf on the water and climb the waterfall. After that go north then you found one of Hoopa Unbound's Portal Rings. Interact to that and say yes to battle Buzzwole.
Pheromosa
Location: Great Dessert
Time: Daytime
Go to Great Dessert then find the another portal. You will need to scale the rocks to reach it. The portal is near a clown trapped in rocks in the south section of the desert.
Nihilego
Location: Route 14 (Underwater)
Time: Night
Go to Route 14 at Night and find a diving spot there. It should be near a moving up and down diver. Once you've found it dive on there then follow the open entrances there until you reach one of Hoopa Unbound's Portal Ring. Interact to that to battle a Level 70 Nihilego.
Celesteela
Location: Crater Town
Time: Night
Go to Crater Town at Night. Go to the center of the town a you will be able to spot there a portal. Interact to that to battle a Level 70 Celesteela.
Stakataka
Location: Route 7 (Near Frost Mountain)
Time: Daytime
Fly off to Frost Mountain. Don't go inside move south then east until you spot a lone house. Go through there and surf on the waters. Go south until you spot one of Hoopa Unbound's Portal Ring. Interact on it at the back (it's unable at the front) to battle a Level 70 Ultra Beast Stakataka.
Blacephalon
Location: Magnolia Fields
Time: Night
Go to Magnolia Town then east to Magnolia Fields. Find a Orange Hair Guy there near the trees. Once you've found him go to the west then north from that guy. You will be able to spot trees so cut it down. Once you've cut that move north to spot a Portal. Interact to that to battle a Level 70 Blacephalon.
Kartana
Location: Vivill Woods
Time: Try Day or Night
Go to Vivill Woods at NIGHT. There should be a portal in the middle of the swamp there. Interact to that to battle a Level 70 Kartana.
*NOTE: If the portal is not there when you go at NIGHT TIME. Try going there at DAYTIME.
Xurkitree
Location: Thundercap Mountain 2F
Time: Nighttime
Go to Thundercap Mountain by entering its entrance in Epidimy Town. Once inside find a ladder going up to reach the 2nd Floor(2F) of the Mountain. Now in this room, you'll be able to find one of Hoopa Unbound's Portal Ring on the west side of this room. Go there and interact with the ring to battle Xurkitree. Make sure it's nighttime or the portal will not appear.
Guzzlord
Location: Antisis Sewers
Time: Night
Go to Antisis Sewers at night by entering the entrance in Black Emboar's HQ. Once your there go down the stairs then jump on the ledge on the right then go up to the stairs. Enter the entrance just on the right of the stairs. Use flash then continue south until you exit. Now when you exit use surf and waterfall then surf down to the sewers to spot one of the portals. Interact to that to battle a Level 70 Guzzlord.
Xerneas
Location: Redwood Forest
Time: Daytime
Go to Redwood Town in East Borrius then go south to the entrance to reach redwood forest. When you enter a girl with a Infernape and a Snorlax is on the way..Talk to the girl and she will leave. After that interact to Snorlax to battle it if you defeat it well it's no use ! It will not leave unless you catch it!. So... catch it!. When you caught it a boy will come to you after some talk he will give you a Z Crystal. After that interact to Hoopa Unbound's Portal Ring there to battle Xerneas.
Yveltal
Location: Crystal Mountain
Time: Night
Go to Crystal Mountain's 1F at Night. Before you go on 1F Shut off first the yellow crystal switch just north before you enter 1F. Once you've done that go to 1F and surf on the water and surf west. Pass the crystal with a nearby Blue Crystal Switch. Then rock climb the Red Rocks leading east to a ledge. Once you're there follow the path until you spot a ladder leading down. Enter to that and you'll be able to spot a portal. Interact to that to battle Yveltal.
Tapu Bulu
Location: Route 9
Go to Tehl Town then exit west to reach Route 9. Follow the path until you reach a lake. Surf on it then go on the middle to see one of Hoopa Unbound's Portal Ring. Interact to it to battle Tapu Bulu.
Tapu Fini
Location: Icicle Cave ( Outside )
Go there by surfing west from Vivill Town or by exiting east of Once there find some Rocky ledge where a Hiker a fighter and a girl standing on it. Beside the Hiker is one of Hoopa Unbound's Portal Ring interact to that ring to battle Tapu Fini.
Tapu Lele
Location: Route 17
Fly off to Gurun Town and go west then south until you reach Route 17. Explore the route until you found one of Hoopa Unbound's Portal Ring there. Interact to it to Battle Tapu Lele.
Tapu Koko
Location: Route 11
Go to Route 11 and enter the cave opening there in the north. Once you've entered climb the stairs then exit to the southwest exit. Once you're outside go to the cave opening just up on you. Once you entered go to the exit at the southeast then go east until you spot some rocks. Rock climb the rocks leading south then go east rock climb the rocks there leading north to spot a portal. Interact to that to battle Tapu Koko.
Entei, Raikou and Suicune
Location 1 : Ruins of Void (Entei Raikou and Suicune)
Location 2 : Throughout the Borrius Region
Time: Day and Night( Entei & Raikou)
Go to Ruins of Void and make your way from the top. Along the way you will be found one of Hoopa Unbound's Portal Ring. Interact with it and Entei and Raikou will come out but they ran off away. Chase them throughout the Borrius Region. It won't be easy to chase them because they change locations as long as you change location too.
After you caught Entei and Raikou move them in your team/party then go back to ruins of void then go to the spot where the portal of Entei and Raikou is. Once you're there you'll be able to spot Suicune.
Ho-oh and Lugia
Location: Ruins of Void
Requirements : Catch Entei Raikou and Suicune
Once you've caught Entei Raikou and Suicune let the three legendary dogs join your team then go back to the ruins of Void. Go completely at the end where the first time that Aklove shows up. Once you're there you'll be able to spot two portals Ho-oh is at the Left then Lugia is at the Right.
AZ's Floette
Location: Vivill Warehouse
Time: Day and Night
Go back to Vivill Town and enter to the Vivill Warehouse. Make your way until you reach Aklove's Main Office. Once your there you will spot one of Hoopa Unbound's Portal Ring. Interact to the ring to battle Floette.
Reshiram
Location: Crystal Mountain 3F
Time: Daytime
Go to Crystal Mountain and go inside. Make your way through the top until you spot where you battle reshiram and zekrom throughout the game. Once you find that Hoopa Unbound's Portal Ring interact to it to battle a level 75 Reshiram.
Zekrom
Location: Crystal Mountain 3F
Time: Nighttime
Go to the Crystal Mountain at Nighttime. The portal for Zekrom is nearby the portal of Reshiram. It's Level 75. You can only see the portal if it is nighttime. Reshiram is on Day while Zekrom is on Nighttime.
Solgaleo or Lunala
Location: Route 12 (at the beach)
Time: Day (Solgaleo) Night (Lunala)
Remember the Bag on the Beach in Route 12? It contains Cosmog. Now if you evolve it into a Solgaleogo to the portal in Route 12 interact to the portal at Nighttime to get Lunala. If you evolve your Cosmog into Lunala go to Route 12 then interact to the portal at Daytime to get Solgaleo. Go there in either daytime or Nighttime and don't forget to bring the final evolve form of Cosmoem of your choice in your team/party or the portal will not appear.
Celebi
Location: Redwood Town
To make Celebi join you, you need to get first a "Spike Eared Pichu". To get that, catch, find or breed a certain Pokemon to get a Pikachu. You can get a Pikachu when they swarm in a certain area. After you got a Pikachu, trade it to a guy in seaport city's Pokemon breeding school for a Spike Eared Pichu. After you got that Pichu, place it on your party or not then interact with Celebi to join in your group/team.
Manaphy
Location: Underwater (Beneath Ruins of Void)
Fly to Ruins of Void then enter. Go to the second floor then go outside. Find a rocks that can rock climb leading downward. Surf on the water and dive on the diving spot there. Once you've dive down go east (ignore the cave opening) until you see a path leading north. Continue north until you find a cave opening enter on it. Once you've enter that go north then you will spot a egg. It's rare egg (manaphy's egg). Try putting it in your team and wait it to hatch to get the actual pokemon.
*NOTE: If the entrance through the egg is blocked off try finding first the TOXAPEX at night by entering the other cave entrances there. It's Level 80 and in Dynamax. Defeat it and go back to the cave through the egg if it is open.
Zeraora
Location: Thundercap Mountain
Requirements : ADM TM70 Flash(get this in Crater Town's Pokemart talk to the yellow hair girl there)
Go to Thundercap Mountain by entering it's entrance in Epidimy Town. Once inside go to it's 2nd Floor. In the second floor find some boulders and rocks on the north side. Pass the boulders and climb to the stairs then go through a bridge leading south. Continue going south through the bridges then you will find a ladder leading up. Climb that and you're in another room. Move a little bit south then go east to the bridge. When you pass the bridge there should be a Hiker walking. Pass that then follow the bridge leading north then you will be able to spot a ladder going up. Go to that ladder and you'll be taken to a another room. Surf to the water leading east Smash the boulder on the way then continue east then north then east again then south to reach a fat guy facing a wall. Talk to him and after some few words he will borrow your ADM to dig into the wall he facing. Once that's done enter to the new entrance. Outside you will see Zeraora standing there. Talk to him to begin the battle.
*NOTE: If the fat guy is not there at daytime, try going there by nighttime.
Kyurem
Location: Victory Road
Fly off to the Pokemon league then go south then enter the cave. Slide on the ice floor and find an entrance leading outside. Once outside go down to the stairs and find some rocks that can rock climb just on the south. Scale that rocks going downward and keep scaling it until you reach a cave entrance. Enter it and move north to see Kyurem. It's level 80. The nearby item is a PP Up.
Groudon and Kyogre
Location (Groudon) : Cinder Volcano B2F
Location (Kyogre) : Vivill Warehouse (Underwater)
Requirements : Red Orb and Blue Orb
Go to Magnolia Town and talk to Vega near the Magnolia Cafe at Night. Once you've talk to him go back to his gym in Crater Town and talk to Vega again there. He will give you the Red Orb and Blue Orb. Exit his gym.
Now for Groudon Fly off to Cinder Volcano and surf west then enter to the other entrance there. Go to the spot there where Vega summon Groudon along the story. When you found that your Red Orb will suddenly glow and Groudon will come out. It's in primal form but if you caught it it will be back to normal.
For Kyogre fly off to Vivill Town then enter the Vivill Warehouse. Go down to the stairs then go west then go down to the stairs again. Surf on the water and dive on the diving spot there. Exit north then follow the path to the east and your Blue Orb will suddenly glow and Kyogre will come out as
Primal Kyogre.
Rayquaza
Location: Crystal Mountain (Peak)
Mission that will be completed first: Blazing Emerald Mission
Mission Reward: Jade Orb
Fly off to Crystal Mountain then enter. Once you've enter surf on the water and go north to spot 3 crystal switches. Flick them all on and the crystal blocking the north path will be gone. Go there then follow it to reach a guy. Talk to him and he will say to you to find all his 10 blazing emeralds in crystal mountain. And the mission will be triggered. Find all the 10 emeralds first that scattered in the crystal mountain then give it back to the guy to receive a Jade Orb. Bring the Jade Orb on the Peak of Crystal Mountain and a Level 70 Mega Rayquaza will appear.
Heatran
Location: Cinder Volcano 1F
Mission that will be completed first : Flaming body mission and the other 2 next missions
Mission Reward : 1st reward(hatch 10 eggs) = a monitor 2nd reward(hatch 50 eggs) = Ditto 3rd reward(hatch 100 eggs) = Magma Stone
Fly off to Seaport City then enter the Pokemon Breeding School. Interact to the guy at the right then the mission will be triggered. Simply hatch 10 eggs then go back to the guy to get your 1st reward. Continue doing the next 2 missions until you get the magma stone. Now fly off to Cinder Volcano then enter. Surf east to the lava then enter the cave entrance. Once inside surf on the lava then go on the middle ledge. Heatran will be there.
Volcanion
Location: Cinder Volcano 2F
Rebattle again the Elite Four then Defend your title as a Champion of Borrius. Once you've defended your title fly off to Cinder Volcano then enter the main entrance. Once inside go east then surf on the lava then go up to the ladder. Climb the stairs then rock climb the rocks behind a Fat Guy. Once you've rock climb the rocks surf on the lava then go south. You'll be able to spot Volcanion there. Interact to it to battle it in Level 80 Dynamaxed Volcanion.
Magearna
Location: Tomb Of Borrius
Requirments: Be a Pokemon Champion Motorbike HM Rock Smash & Strength
Mission that will be triggered: Tomb Raider Mission
Reward on this Mission: Psychium Z
Go to Great Dessert then find the Tomb of Borrius in the south west corner of the dessert. Once inside talk to Fred then he will let you to solve the puzzle to unlock the door. Solve the puzzle then after that you will fall down then Fred will follow you and have some talk. Now in this room don't get be sighted by the Dusknoirs! Block there sights using the boulders. Push the boulder and bring it on the north white switch to remove the fire to the east go there. Avoid the Dusknoir then bring the boulder again to the north white switch. After that go on. In this next room you will be inside a volcano? However jump on the rocks then find some raise lands and a black stone on it. Interact to the black stones to find a switch This will change the formation of the rocks. Continue doing that after you are able to go in the ladder in the south east corner. In this next room... the tiles are so confusing!. Anyway don't get caught again by the Dusknoirs you will need a motorbike here to get some speed because when you run only the Dusknoirs will caught you easily. Using the motorbike avoid the Dusknoirs until you reach the other side(when you are on the left side the tiles will be unseeable so be careful). When you get up to the unseable ladder you will end up into a room with crack floors! Use your motorbike again to reach the ladder to the north east corner. After that you will end up to the actual tomb where King Borrius III lies. Get the silver and gold ancient coins on the side then interact to the tomb to battle a Level 70 Dynamaxed Magearna!... Defeat it first then you will be able to capture it!.. After that Fred will come and give you a Psychium Z.
Ohh...By completing this mission the seal on the cave of the Titan Regi's will be broken and open up.
Regirock
Location: Great Dessert (Dessert Ruins)
Go to Gurun Town then exit the town to the west. Now find Regirock's Cave in the great dessert then go inside. Go north then interact with the Braile. It says...
Begin from the center.
Create what you seek.
Now move the center south rock to the middle then you will hear a sound meaning the rock is at right position. Keep moving the others until you hear that sound again. Move the rocks to form a formation like on Regirock's Eyes(3 rocks on each side with spacing then one rock on the middle). Like this.

After that, an entrance will open up. Go inside to battle Regirock.
Regice
Location: Frozen Forest (Frozen Tomb)
Go to Blizzard City then exit from the southeast. Continue east until you see an entrance to the north. Enter it to reach Frozen Forest. Once inside follow the path to the west until you see the frozen pond where you can slide on it. Go to the very down end of the tile near the ice on the start then slide right > up > left > down > right > down > left > down > right then down to end up on a entrance. Enter it then go east then slide to the ice then enter the cave. Inside interact to the Braile on the north. It says...
Crack the ice.
Leave pure what you seek.
Now for the first upper row of the ice step 3 tiles on each side leaving one pure ice on the center. On the second row crack only one at the end on each side. On the last row do the same on the first row. Like Regice Eyes. Make it Like this.

Registeel
Location: Route 18
Fly off to Victory Road then surf south and get down on the waterfall. Surf west until you spot a cave that opens up go inside. Once inside go to the Braile. It says...
Nature molds to our will.
Turn the crystals to what you seek.
Interact with the crystals to change their colors. Make them all color RED. Once you've done that a cave will open up. Go inside to battle Registeel.
Regigigas
Location: Frozen Forest
Requirments : Catch Regirock Regice and Registeel
Once you've caught the Three Titan Trio PUT THEM IN YOUR TEAM/PARTY and go to Frozen Forest then make your way near to the ice floor there. Don't slide there anymore from now you'll go straight east to reach some stairs and then rocks that blocking a cave entrance. Smash the rock then enter the cave. And you will see Regigigas interact to it and read the encrave writings on it. Once you've done that Move Regirock in your team as the Lead/First Pokemon Move Regice as the Second Pokemon and Move Registeel as the Third Pokemon in your party. Once you've done that interact again to Regigigas and it will start moving. It's Level 100 and can be caught.
If you arrange the Regi Trio and Regigigas won't react/budge meaning that your arrangement of the Regi Trio is incorrect.
Zygarde
Location: Dresco Town
Cells Location: Borrius Region
Once you've triggered the mission " A Powerhouse of the Cell " and get all the 100 Zygarde Cells Go back to the Scientist in Dresco Town and reassemble the cells to the Scientist. It can be Zygarde Beast Forme (10%) Zygarde Serpent Forme (50%) and Zygarde Final Forme (100%).
Shaymin
Location: Flower Paradise
Go north from Dresco Town to reach Flower Paradise. Once there go straight north until you reach a guy blocking some stairs. Talk to him. He will let you pass only if you beaten the main story of the game. After that go straight north to battle Shaymin.
Cosmog
Location: Route 12
Remember the bag on the beach where you interact with it but it only says "it's scared to come out". But now you have beaten the game go back there and interact with that bag to get Cosmog. Make sure that you have a space at your party to let Cosmog join your team.
Diancie
Location: KBT Expressway
Mission that will be completed first: Major Miner Mission
Fly off to Crater Town. Once you're there you'll be able to spot a guy with a brown hat walking beside the Pokemon Center. Interact to him and the mission will be triggered. In this mission, you'll goal is to find 3 Carbinks by collapsing the walls in the KBT Expressway there are the blocked cave entrances in the expressway. Just go to KBT Expressway and use your ADM by pressing the "R" button to start scanning(set in menu > option > R Button set to Mining Scan). Scan the cave for mining spots(when the wall is blinking that is the mining spot). Now when the blinking light show in front of the blocked cave entrance goes there then mine on it. Then it will be open. Inside is a Level 70 Dynamaxed Carbink. In each blocked cave entrance there contains a Carbink. Once you've caught 3 Carbinks go back to the guy then he will give you your reward. Once you've done that go back to the KBT Expressway then collapse a blocked cave entrance again. Now that you've completed the mission each cave entrance there contains Diancie. (Note: If you caught Diancie in one of the cave entrances then all of the blocked cave entrances will be empty).
Jirachi
Location: Crater Town
Once you've completed the main story of the game Go to Crater Town and go to the house WEST of the town. Once you're inside talk to an old man there. After some talk the old man will open the house they locked up in the southeast corner of the town. Go there then you will see a Level 70 Dynamaxed Jirachi. Defeat it then catch it.
Deoxys
Location: Route 13
Requirements: Catch Jirachi
If you talk again to the old man that opens up a house where Jirachi is it will say to you that when Jirachi falls in their town a friend of Jirachi fall too. It's Deoxys. Anyway Put Jirachi in your party/team first then fly off to Crater Town. After that go north to reach Route 5. Once you've entered route 5 you will spot a boy with a blue cap and trees that can be cut down. Cut those trees and follow the path. Along the path, you will be able to battle a bug trainer. Once you've followed the path to the end you will notice that there is a path leading east. Go there then north and you will spot Deoxys there. It's Level 85. There is also one Zygarde Cell nearby Deoxys.
*NOTE: If you don't put Jirachi in your team the path leading to Deoxys will not open-up then instead it leads you to a dead end.
*Another NOTE: If you bring Deoxys and interact with the meteorites at the middle of Crater Town(near Valley Cave entrance) it will be able to change its form to Defense Speed and Offense Form.
Mew
Location: Fallshore City's Mission HQ
Mission that will be completed first: Darwin was Right Mission
Fly off to Fallshore City then go inside the Mission HQ. Inside find a female scientist facing a bookshelf. Interact with him and the mission will be triggered. Your goal is to evolve some Pokemons by 151 times. Evolve Pokemon by 151 times then go back to that scientist. She will give you a Mew.
Meloetta
Location: Polder Town
Fly off to Polder Town and you will spot Meloetta there watching by some Town Residents at the right of the Pokemon Center. Interact with her and it will challenge you to a dance-off only have to do is press the right key flashing on your screen before it disappears. If you've done this correctly Meloetta will be happy and she will battle you. It's Level 80.
If you don't spot Meloetta there at day try looking at it at night)
Cresselia
Location: Fullmoon Island
Mission that will be Triggered first: The Endless Nightmare
Requirements: Finish the Main Story of the Game
Mission Reward: Member Card
Go to Tarmigan Town and enter the house at the back of the Pokemon center. Once inside talk to the sailor there. He said that his son won't wake up and a scientist in the dream lab would help his son. Go to The Dream Lab just in the Northwest of Tarmigan Town. Talk to the girl scientist who's facing a green tube machine. After that go back to the sailor's house then continue. Talk to the sailor again and he said that you two will go off in Fullmoon Island to get the lunar wing in order to wake his son. Fly off to Fallshore City then board the sailor's ship just south of the city. Once in Fullmoon Island follow the path and enter to the entrance there. Once inside Cresselia will be there!. Catch it and get the Lunar Wing. If you failed to catch it try going back to Fullmoon Island the other day maybe Cresselia will appear there again.
~Continuation of the Mission~
Go back to the sailor and go back to his house at Tarmigan. Interact to her son in the sailor's house and suddenly....Ohh! You're in an Unknown Place! or Maybe on the Boy's Nightmare. If you explore the place you'll see your mother? Talk to her then she will disappear. Keep going east until you see Jax and Prof.Log. Talk to Jax and he will disappear then talk to Prof.Log to see the same thing. Run east then you will see your Rival talk to him and disappear again. Run east then you will spot Marlon, talk to him, and disappear. Keep moving east then north until you see the sailor's son running. Talk to him and disappear. Run east again and you will spot the sailor. Talk to him and he will blame you. After that Darkrai will appear behind you! Talk to it to battle it at Level 75 Dynamaxed Darkrai. Defeat it first because you can't catch it by now. After you defeat it you will wake up and the sailor will give your reward a Member Card. This Card allows you to enter the Inn in Tarmigan Town.
Darkrai
Location: Newmoon Island
After you complete the mission "The Endless Nightmare" use your Member Card in the Tarmigan Inn then go inside. Once inside you'll automatically go to sleep and automatically teleport you to Newmoon Island. Follow the path and enter the entrance. Inside there is Darkrai and now you're able to catch it. It's level 80 and it's not Dynamaxed. After you caught it a voice will show somewhere....maybe the guy in the inn?.... Once you've caught Darkrai the Inn will be locked forever even if you have the Member Card.
Cobalion, Terrakion, Virizion and Keldeo
Location: Victory Road 3F (Cobalion Terrakion and Virizion) Route 17 (Keldeo)
Mission that will be triggered first: Sword of Justice Mission
Requirements: Complete at Least 20 Missions
Go to Fallshore City's Mission HQ and go to its second floor. Interact with the fighter guy there to start the mission. After that Fly off to Victory Road then enter. Once you've entered go through until you reach a bush garden. Find Virizion there at the grass in the center and it will run off nearby. Go to the Northeast then interact with it again and it will run off go Northwest then interact with it and it will run off again. Go south near the water and talk to it, again and again, it will runoff. Go north then enter the cave you will spot Tekkakion but leave it first. Go west then north to the stairs to spot Virizion again but DON'T INTERACT to it again. Let it stay there in his spot. Now along with entering the cave, you will be able to spot Terrakion. Interact to it and it will run off to the Northeast spot of the cave. Interact to it and it will run off to the southwest of the cave. Interact to it and it will run off to the Northwest of the cave. Then Terrakion will be there the same spot where Virizion is don't interact with those instead exit this cave from the Northwest exit. Go up to the stairs then east. Find some rocks that can rock climb leading down. Cobbalion will be there near Kyurem's Cave. Interact to it and it will run off. Go back to the stairs near the entrance of Victory Road 3F. Interact to it and it will run off near the spot where you interact at Cobalion for the first time(near Kyurem's Cave). Interact to it and it will run off. Go back to the 3rd staircase then lead east(the staircase is near the entrance of Victory Road 3F) and then go back where Virizion and Terrakion are. Interact with them one by one to battle them. Catch them all.
Go back to the fighter on Mission HQ's Second Floor and talk to him. Make sure that Virizion Terrakion and Cobalion are at your party. Once you've done that the fighter will say to you that follow him in Route 17. Now Fly off to Seaport City then exit west to reach Route 17. Surf to the water and find the fighter guy westward. Once you've found him talk to him and The Sword of Justice will open a cave. Then you'll receive your mission reward...10 Fast Balls?..ok...... Enter the cave when you're ready. Once inside interact with Keldeo to battle it at Level 80 Dynamaxed Keldeo. Defeat it, then catch it.
Landorus, Thundurus and Tornadus
Location 1: Magnolia Fields
Location 2: Borrius Region (Thundurus and Tornadus)
Weather: Raining
Fly off to Magnolia Town then go to the Magnolia Fields. When the weather on magnolia fields is RAINING go east follow the path then surf on the water leading east. Land on an island then go north until you spot an Old Woman. Go there then Thundurus and Tornadus will come out. Defeat them first then they will fly off. Chase them throughout Borrius Region like the one you chase Entei and Raikou. After you caught them go back to the old woman then Landorus will be there. Battle it at Level 80
Dynamaxed Landorus.
*TIP: Try going in the Magnolia Fields between 4:00AM to 7:00AM. There is a chance that the weather there will be rainy.
Bonus Starter
Location 1: Shadow Base
Location 2: Your Rival's House
Go to Frozen Heights and Find the Shadow base. Once there go to the west path then follow until you go back where you get your starter Pokemon. Then explore the room and get the remaining starter Pokemon. Either Beldum Gible or Larvitar will be there.
Another bonus starter you can get the remaining starter Pokemon in your Rival's house at Frozen Heights. That Pokemon is depending on the starter of your rival it can be Gible Beldum or Larvitar.
Arceus
Location: Judgement Zone
To encounter Arceus you need to find first some red yellow blue and green shards. You will need a lot of them. So if you've collected a lot of those shards, go to Seaport City then enter Captain Davy's Shipyard. Once inside talk to the female scientist there and she will willing to trade the shards for plates. Trade and get all the plates then head to Tarmigan Town's Dream Research Lab. Once inside talk to the Scientist at the Left facing a computer to the right. Interact to it and after a few words, his machine will send you to Judgement Zone. Go north then you will spot Arceus. It's Level 80. After you catch it talk to Marlon a.k.a. The Scientist and it will send you back to Tarmigan Town.
Latias & Latios
Location: Throughout the Borrius Region
After you complete 45 missions or more talk to the guy in the Fallshore City's Mission HQ. He will give you a Latiosite(if you're a boy) and Latiasite(if you're a girl). Once you've got one of that mega stones. Either Latias or Latios will be roaming around the Borrius region so go catch one of them.
Phione
After you got Manaphy breed it to ditto in the breeding center in route 5.
How to get ditto?
Remember the flaming Body Mission in Fallshore city? Yes complete that mission and you'll get your first reward after you hatched 10 eggs a machine that can monitor your Pokemons while they are in the breeding center. And after that, a mission will be activated next where you will hatch 50 eggs. After you complete that your reward is a DITTO with perfect IVs.
Necrozma
Location: Route 8(cave exit)
Time: Night
Fly off to either Route 7(Frost Mountain) or in Blizzard City at Night. Make your way through the exit of Frost Mountain(inside). Once you're near the exit you'll be able to spot a portal. Interact to that to battle Necrozma.
