Story Overview
The story takes place shortly after the events of Pokémon Emerald. Hoenn has entered a strange new conflict between rival soda organizations: Team Coke and Team Pepsi. Both groups are trying to eliminate the beloved drink 7-Up and force the people of Hoenn to switch to cola.
As the player, you must travel across Hoenn alongside the legendary mascot Cool Spot and stop these rival teams before their soda war spirals out of control. During your journey, you will search for seven ancient Cool Balls scattered across the region while uncovering mysterious events happening near the Pokémon League in Ever Grande City.
The story embraces a lighthearted and comedic tone while still offering a full-length Pokémon adventure with traditional progression and new post-game content.
